Rodney is an executive engineering leader holding multiple roles over his 22 year career in Aerospace and Defense. His experience covers the engineering lifecycle of product development from leading pursuits, engineering design and test, and managing programs.
Rodney is a strategic thinker, able to implement future forward change yielding over $80 M of sales across an organization of 13000 employees.
Whether product development or product sell-off and implementation, Rodney has expertise in meeting challenges across various technical product platforms.
In addition to his professional achievements, he is active in his community mentoring young men realize their potential.
Rodney is a graduate on Tennessee State University with a bachelors in Mechanical Engineering.
